International consulting experience: The quality of the wine is determined first by the climate, soil structure and topography as the main elements of the terroir, then by the vineyard planted with the right choices in that climate and soil, and then by the choices made during the growing season, harvest and production. We went through a long process of preparation and research before making all these critical choices. 

From the very first days of the project, we received consultancy from world-renowned experts in their fields for the selection of the location and grapes, the design and operation of the winery, viticulture and production, and together we created Arcadia Vineyards.

Founding Arcadia at the beginning of the millennia, we had the chance to work with and learn from two special experts;  Prof. Dr. Alain Carbonneau, our advisor on viticulture and grape adaptation, and Dr. Michel Salgues, our founding Enologist.

In 2018 we started collaborating with another great Enologist, Dr. Andrea Paoletti, from Tuscany. Since then, we have been making our wines under his precious supervision. We keep learning and fine-tuning to get better and better, every vintage.
