Our female employee ratio is over 50% throughout the organization, including our management.

Founder Zeynep Arca Şallıel has received many awards for women’s entrepreneurship, including the “Women Entrepreneur Making a Difference in Her Region” award given  in 2016 by Garanti Bank, The Economist magazine and Kagider for the Arcadia Project.
